Gina Lynem-Walker

As a board-certified internal medicine practitioner turned nutrition health coach, I am passionate about all aspects of health and wellness. My extensive medical background, alongside a deep understanding of the human body and the right foods to fuel it, give me a unique perspective and approach to helping individuals achieve optimal health. I work with my clients to develop personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans that focus on their individual goals, preferences and health history, so they can feel their best both inside and out.

I’ve been in the health field for over 30 years and I know as a health
practitioner we sometimes fall short when it comes to advising and
coaching individuals on what I believe is the basis of good health; a
clean, whole food plant based diet and lifestyle.

It’s possible by eliminating animal products and steering clear of
the Standard American Diet or SAD to not only lose weight but to
reduce the number of medications you might be currently taking.
